Green tea was first invented in china. Now it has become a part of many civilizations and the favorite one of every person. Conditions to make tea
All the desired benefits of green tea can only be availed if we make
it in an appropriate manner. Green tea contain magnesium, zinc and vitamin C
that would be only effective at specific temperature. That’s why temperature of
water should be kept at 81 to 87 ℃. It should be heated for 2 to 3 minutes. In
these conditions the green tea would be effective and give sound taste,
otherwise it will give bitter taste and lost its overall effectiveness.

that those women take green tea have 14% less chances having cancer. They
remain protected from breast, stomach, large intestine, liver and throat

demonstrated that about 25,000 male and female have less chances of teeth
problems after having one cup green tea daily. Green tea contains many

benefits to human. Researchers suggest that two cups of green tea can be
effective in a day. If we exceed this limit, than it will cause sleeplessness, stress and
many muscle problems. Green tea can also lead to disturbance in heartbeat and
lead to blood pressure. Excessive use of green tea can cause water loss from
body. As a result stress, weakness, headache, loss of appetite and stomach
problems. It can also cause constipation because many, sometime it leads to vomiting.
