Green tea was first invented in china. Now it has become a part of many civilizations and the favorite one of every person. Green tea protects us from many diseases such as, stomach, kidney, liver, and  pancreas problems. It also protects from heart diseases. Green tea lowers the cholesterol level and reduce the thickness of blood. It has ability to reduce the risk of paralysis.


Conditions to make tea

All the desired benefits  of green tea can only be availed if we make it in an appropriate manner. Green tea contain magnesium, zinc and vitamin C that would be only effective at specific temperature. That’s why temperature of water should be kept at 81 to 87 ℃. It should be heated for 2 to 3 minutes. In these conditions the green tea would be effective and give sound taste, otherwise it will give bitter taste and lost its overall effectiveness.



Green tea, as immunity booster

According to recent research green tea is surprisingly good for human health. The most beneficent part of green tea is what it goes to stomach, help in the digestion process. Green tea have EGCG  compounds that combine with DC4 cells of human and help in enhancement of immunity and protect from break down of cells. EGCG is an antioxidant, which not only give protection from cancer but can also help in white color of skin. In other words we can say that it is also good for girls who worry about their skin color.  


Green tea and cancer cure

Scientists   found that green tea has excellent power against cancer. A research work is conducted  on 70,000 women. It was found that those women take green tea have 14% less chances having cancer. They remain protected from breast, stomach, large intestine, liver and throat cancer. Male also remain protected from prostate and other cancer.

Green tea and teeth protection

Green tea not only help in digestion process but can also give protection to teeth. In one research it was demonstrated that about 25,000 male and female have less chances of teeth problems after having one cup green tea daily. Green tea contains many antimicrobial molecules that give protection to teeth as compared to persons having teeth problems. It gives resistance against bacteria that grown in teeth and produce plank in gums.

Green tea and obesity

Many ways adopted to reduce weight such as doing exercise, but green tea can also be very helpful in this regard. In one research it was concluded that green tea help in burning of extra calories. It is very beneficial for dietetics.


Side effects of green tea

Green tea contains many components of caffeine that give more health risks than benefits to human. Researchers suggest that two cups of green tea can be effective in a day. If we exceed this limit,  than it will cause sleeplessness, stress and many muscle problems. Green tea can also lead to disturbance in heartbeat and lead to blood pressure. Excessive use of green tea can cause water loss from body. As a result stress, weakness, headache, loss of appetite and stomach problems. It can also cause constipation because many, sometime it leads to vomiting.
