What is the traditional way of making sunflower cake without oven?





Ingredients:
      Maida or refined flour                         1 and 1/2 cup
       Mango                                                 1 big sized
       Sugar                                                   1/2 cup
       Milk                                                     1 cup
       Powdered sugar                                   1/2 cup
       Refined oil                                           1/4 cup
       Baking powder                                    1 and 1/2 tsp
       Vanilla essence                                    few drops
       Salt                                                      1/2 tsp (optional)
Topping ingredients:
      Chocolate                                    13.2 gram
      Milk                                             few drops




Recipe:
Step 1-
      Take a big size mango and cut roughly in to small pieces


Step 2-
      Now add mango pieces into the blender for pulp formation

Step 3-
      Now add pulp to the pan and ½ cup of the sugar in to the pan for glaze formation


Step 4-
      Now turn on the flame for glaze formation
      After 5 minutes of heating the pulp become translucent so turn of the flame and keep for cooling at room temperature

Step5-
      Take the cake molder and grease it with oil

Step6-
      Now place butter paper in the molder

Step7-
      Take a pan and place a stand in it and pre-heat on medium flame for 5-6 minutes

Step8-
Batter formation:
Take ½ cup of  powder sugar in a bowl, add ¼ cup of oil, few drops of vanilla essence and 1 cup of oil


Step9-
Mixing of liquid and dry batter:
      Take 1-1/2 cup of all purpose flour and add 1-1/2 tsp of baking powder and sieve it
      Now add this mixture into the liquid batter  


Step10-
      Now mix this mixture in one direction for perfect consistency
      Add 4 table spoon of glaze in it and mix well


Step11-
      Add batter to the moulder and place it in the pre-heat pan at a temperature of about 160-180℃ for 35-40 minutes
      After baking remove from pan


Step12-
      Now place it for cooling for about 10 minutes at room temperature after removing from moulder


Step 13-
      Now spread the glaze on the top of cooled cake


Step14-
      Now place the glazed cake In fridge for stability for about 5 minutes


Step15-
Topping:
      Take 13.2 gram of chocolate and add few drops of milk to melt it in warm water


Step16-
      Now add the melted chocolate in the cone for topping


Step17-
      Make rows of chocolate and mould it according to requirement with tooth pick

Step18-
      Now place the cake in serving plate and place  pieces of mango around it
      Place cake in fridge for cooling and cake is ready for eating
