Is it good, having a breakfast with an egg?
Whole eggs are one of the best food  for breakfast. It contain almost all essential nutrients that help to feel full and there is no need of takin more food. We can get all from an egg like proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and most of minerals.
                 
                            
Our protein requirements:
As we know protein is an essential component in the development of our body. Most of our body depends on protein for example our muscles require protein, our hormones are protein, all enzymes are protein, hair and nails are made up of protein. An egg in a day is enough to fulfill all these protein requirements. Breakfast is considered a super energy boosting meal so if we add egg in a breakfast a lot of protein is obtained for having a work in a whole day.
                                              
Fat for body:
Whole egg contains Omega-3 fatty acids. Fats are good source of energy and it helps to make us feel full. It helps in weight loss as we do not require too much to eat for filing our pouch. But it should be kept in mind that if we take more than 3 eggs in a day it would be harmful to our health. Fat and cholesterol found in egg can affect heart health and lead to prostate cancer and diabetes. About 60% calories energy is obtained from egg and much of which is saturated fat.
Carbohydrate source:
About 1.1 grams of carbohydrates are present in egg. This is not a good source of carbohydrates but if we take an egg with some bread at a breakfast than it would be enough to fill carbohydrate requirement in a body. After consuming, carbohydrates breakdown into glucose and provide energy.
Vitamin requirements:
Vitamins are necessary to perform several functions of body. Egg contains all these essential vitamins, for example an egg contains 10% vitamin A, 21% vitamin D and 7% vitamin B complex.
Other Minerals:
Minerals are present in the small amount in the egg however plays an important role in the normal health of an individual. Calcium and phosphorus is required for bones, iron is important for blood, Potassium is essential for brain and other trace metals are also important in the proper function of enzymes and in other parts of the body.
