Chocolate macarons

Chocolate macrons are sweet cookies that are embedded with chocolate. They look very attractive and especially children like it very much. Now you need not to go markets to buy baking products, you can simply prepare it home by following the instructions given below.

Instruction

·       First chop icing sugar and almond powder in a grinder. Do it for three times until they become refine and mixed thoroughly after grinding. Must do it with great care because even slight mistake may damage your product.

·       After grinding, it passed through sieve to discard uneven material from powder.

·        The tray must be completely wet otherwise all mixture will turn into crumbs and become useless.

·       Then take egg white and beat them well.

·       Add caster sugar and salt in beaten egg white and mix them well

·       Mixing should be done properly until the batter will not drop down when it puts up

·       Then add dry batter in egg white batter and fold the mixture with spoon

·       When dry and wet batter folds up completely then add one drop red gel color. You can use any color as you wish

·       Use only one drop to turn it into pinkish color

·       Then take piping bag and set a nozzle at its edge and fill all the batter in it

·        Now take baking tray and silicon of macaron’s tray

·       Then put the mixture in designated boxes and rest it for thirty minutes before baking

·       Then preheat oven at 150℃ for 15-20 minutes

·       Then put tray in oven and bake it for 17 minutes at 150℃

·       After 17 minutes turn off the oven and rest the tray in oven for more five minutes

·       After five minutes we will remove the tray from oven and place at cooling rack for five minutes

·       Then remove it from tray and place on rack

 


 Prepare butter frosting to fill in cooked macarons 

·        Take butter 50g

·         icing sugar one cup

·         Ganache chocolate about 2 tablespoon (take one tablespoon chocolate and one spoon butter and prepare Ganache chocolate)

·        Break down the cubes of butter with the help of beater

·        Then add one cup icing sugar and mix them well

·        Now beat the mixture thoroughly

·        Then add whip cream about one tablespoon and beat again

·        Add chocolate Ganache and leftover icing sugar in it and beat again

·        Frosting will be ready and put it in piping bag

·        Then fill it in macarons and your delicious macarons are now ready

·        Serve it in a tray!
