Cherry petit twists

Ingredients:
Ingredients for filling:
Cherries                      ½ kg
Sugar                          1 ½ kg
Corn flour                  2 tsp
Vinegar                      1 tsp
Ingredients for Dough Formation:
Plain Flour            2 Cups
Butter                    200g
Sugar                    2tsp
Yeast                    ½ tbsps
Eggs                      2
Milk                ½ cup for kneading
Procedure:
Step 1
Collect some fresh well ripe cherries in one bowl

Step 2
Remove the seeds of cherries by using stick

Step 3
For the manufacturing of product use only the pulp of cherries.

Step 4
Take 1 cup of sugar and pinch of salt.

Step 5
Mix both of them and add in     cherries containing bowl.

Step 6
Boil the cherries in hot water until it become change into moist and juicy

Step 7
Add 2 tsp. of corn flour in  cherry that work as a thickening agent during filling process.

Step 8
The product is ready for filling.

Step 9
Take 2 cups of plain flour add 20g butter, 2tsp sugar, ½ tbs yeast, 2eggs, and milk also added for kneading.

Step 10
Knead and make a dough then left for 2 hours for proper rising and then make small balls of dough.

Step 11
Make a spiral balls.

Step 12
Filled the cherry sauce in center

Step 13
Bake the dough in oven for 15 min at 180 Celsius.


Step 14
Remove it from oven and put on serving tray.


Step 15
Serve the cherry petit twists with some fresh cherries.
