Black grape juice
Black grape juice is high in vitamin
C and calcium. Fresh and dry black grapes can be used to make its juice. It is
a wonderful gift of nature as it helps in maintaining of skin freshness and
maintain body metabolism.
Here I will discuss the procedure to
make black grape juice, its very easy.
Ingredients:
1. Dry black grapes 1 cup
2. Sugar ½ cup
3. Black salt one pinch
4. Water 1 liter
5. Ice cubes
6. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
1.
First
clean the black grapes, remove stalk from grapes and wash them.
2.
Then
soak the grapes in a glass of water for over -night and drain the concentrated
juice from it.
3.
Then
heat the concentrated juice and add half cup sugar in it until it becomes a
saturated syrup.
4.
Then
cool it and store it for further use.
5.
Then
take this concentrated black grape syrup and mix it with water in a quantity as
you requires.
6.
Then
add black salt and lemon juice in it for taste.
7.
Add
some ice cubes in a well crushed form
8.
After
some time black grape juice will be ready.
9.
Then
put this juice in glass with some mint leaves for presentation.
